Cassandra "Keziah" Elizabeth Hardesty

Keziah was born in 1786 likely in Washington County, PA or Ohio County, VA.  She moved with her parents and siblings to Belmont County Ohio by 1796.

She married John Hatcher on April 24, 1804 in Belmont County Ohio.  John was the son of Joshua Hatcher and Jane Richcreek, of the Quaker Hatchers.  John was disowned by the Quakers for marrying contrary to discipline (Hinshaw Vol. 4 p. 335).  The children were named in a Belmont County Chauncery Case Vol. 8 pp. 207-208.

John and Keziah Elizabeth lived in Belmont County all their lives.  John died on October 21, 1839 and Keziah Elizabeth died in 1852.  John and Keziah Elizabeth are both buried in the Lloydsville Cemetery in Belmont County, Ohio.
